  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

  • After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 14 business days.

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.

  • The item arrives damaged in transit (photo proof required within 24 h of receipt).

  • You receive the wrong color, model, or quantity.

  • There is a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty stitching or structure).

  • A duplicate order is delivered due to system error.

4. Non-Returnable Cases
Due to the handcrafted, natural nature of our straw bags, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Minor variations in color, size, or weave pattern.

  • Damage from misuse, improper handling, water, or chemicals.

  • Requests made after 7 days from delivery.

  • Items that are used, stained, or missing original packaging/tags.

  • Changes of mind or personal preference.

  • Custom or personalized orders.
