2. Flat-Rate Shipping

  • A single fee of 35,000 VND per order—no matter the size, weight, or destination.

  • Zero hidden charges or surcharges.

3. Order Processing

  • Payment confirmation triggers our packing process within 1 business day for small orders and up to 3 business days for larger or multi-item orders.

  • “Business days” exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM begin processing the next business day.

4. Delivery Timeframe

  • Once dispatched, expect delivery in 3–5 business days, depending on your location and courier capacity.

  • Standard delivery hours: Monday–Friday, before 5 PM. Weekend or after-hours delivery only if arranged by the courier.

5. Carriers & Tracking

  • We partner exclusively with top-tier national logistics providers for reliable, professional service.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS as soon as your order ships.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • Occasional delays may occur due to Tết or other public holidays, extreme weather, or health-related restrictions.
